Un-ugly

Don't ask me why the title is what it is, I just felt like it. I suppose an update is in order. January's swiftly flying by and February will bring more money and food galore of course. The weather's been mostly wet which is a bother. Work's alright, got myself a new helper cum cigg buddy to liven things up. Am sure the only other male designer in the department is greatly appreciating it.

Today I got introduced to "su-su ginger", tummy comforting. =) In other news I passed up a perfectly good opportunity for a free chemical peeling treatment - an almost guaranteed facial success. But cowardly me chickened out after seeing the other subjects squirm with the gunk on their faces. Ok so I can live with a few blemishes and pimples...

After hitting the books for what seemed like eternity, it was time to let off some steam at the clubs. Sirens at Zouk followed by Home Club and crashing at 7am in true style with the boys. Fun, but be warned: Shah Alam prata only tastes good when intoxicated.

Am now trying my darnest to watch Ugly Betty on peekvid. -curses rendering time-
There's really nothing hugely exciting happening, just same old random stuff I suppose.
Oh yeah and I think I really need to start exercising -snort- Oh, and I really envy people who are perfectly happy with themselves.

2007

Its well into the month of January, where work & school take priority yet again. 2006's been a great year I should say despite having lesser time for myself and devoting much of it hitting the books again.

Amidst having found and recovered friends and learning new lessons, I've realised I've reached a plateau of happiness and contentment which surpassed the previous years. Apart from the lesser dramas and foolishness of past years, I supposed I can say that things have definitely become more stable and serene.

Some snapshots which I didn't manage to put up plus some of my fave shots of 2006...

Diwali with the boys who make me laugh.

The tai-tai week. Bliss...

The only pic I had from Zoukout.

Clowning around at Bobo's.

2006 saw me embarking on many new turns in life which I never thought I would put myself up for. All for the better though.

I might not be very much healthier physically and mentally but I am getting there. Just before the year ended, I was reminded of patience, pride and selflessness.
2007 will be a year of discipline, hardwork and more humility. Time for teeth gritting!
Conversely I would say 2006 has been nothing but stellar for Paul and 2007 looks brighter than ever. There's never a time when I've been prouder of him.

Come 2007, give me maturity and more love.
